1.SKP automatic Sealing and Capping Line
This machine line is a linear piston filling line.It is useful to fill sticky liquid by using a special pump which is inserted deep inside the bottle and fill the bottle with the liquid soap under pressure.It can also be called a pressure filling machine. The piston driven and the filling nozzles diving into the bottles,these are controlled by the servo motor in order to keep the liquid soap at a suitable level to prevent extra foam emission from the bottles. The linear line is widely applicable to different bottles in food,pharmaceutical and chemical industries.This machine line makes less foams when filling,it is easy to adjust.It can do accurate dosing.When there is no bottles,no filling.
