  • SKB Series Automatic Cup Fill and Seal Machine is a beeling step machine with step motor which is suitable for premade plastic cup, paper cup and plastic-paper cup. It is 2-in-1 machine suitable for film in reel and single film. It integrates automatic cup falling, material filling, lid absorbing (film cut, alignment, code print), sealing, finished cup pulling out, finished cup conveying into one machine. The standard machine is suitable for cup in the volume of 50-300ml. Especial design of filling system and CIP cleaning system conform to sanitary standards in food and pharmacy. This machine is suitable for liquid and paste such as pure milk, acidophilus milk, milk beverage, juice, jelly, ice cream, seasoning, daily chemical etc, it is also suitable for liquid with minor granules. In addition to normal temperature filling, we can customize for hot temperature filling system according to customer’s requirements. We can make any new model according to clients’ requirement.
